Return & Exchange Policy
At OLIVE by Kavi, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order clothing for our customers. Because each item is carefully crafted just for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we want you to love your purchase, so we offer the following:
1. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a return or exchange at no extra cost. Please include opening video and photos of the damage when contacting us.
2. Sizing Issues As our garments are made to your measurements, we ask that you double-check your size before placing an order. If there is a sizing issue due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect measurements), we will gladly offer an exchange or alteration to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Custom Orders Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for custom designs or personalized items unless there is a mistake on our end.
4. Return Shipping For accepted returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. We won’t exchange if the product is used or washed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1 Contact us via DM or email within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
2 Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), opening video and details of the issue.
3 We'll guide you through the process!
4 If the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
