Welcome to OLIVE by Kavi! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
 • OLIVE by Kavi is a made-to-order clothing brand that designs, creates, and ships custom-made pieces. All products are made based on individual orders, and no items are pre-made or ready to ship.
2. Order Process
 • By placing an order, you are committing to purchase the item(s) according to the specifications you’ve selected. All sales are final once the order is confirmed.
 • Customization options (size, color, fabric, etc.) must be confirmed at the time of order. We cannot accommodate changes once the production process has started.
3. Production and Shipping Time
 • Our current processing time is 6 working days (depending on the complexity of your order). 
 • Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holidays), production and shipping times may take longer than usual.
4. Shipping
 • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping rates vary by order size and destination. Few products will have free shipping.
 • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
5. Returns and Exchanges
 • Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product or an error in your order. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
 • We are happy to offer exchanges or repairs if the product is faulty or not as described, but we cannot accept returns for customer change of mind.

6. Product Descriptions and Pricing
 • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices for all items listed on our page. However, we cannot guarantee that all colors, styles, and fabrics will appear exactly as they do on your screen due to monitor variations.
 • Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders placed before price changes will not be affected.
7. Payment
